Business Navigation Services are delighted to announce that we have designed a new business growth programme specifically designed for business owners who want to continue to grow and adapt to the continuing change in the business environment.
We work with our delegates, so they leave the programme with a clear business plan to enable them to build the business they desire.

THE PROGRAMME CONTENT
At the core of the programme is our seven-step Business Navigator process which combines business strategy, innovation, refining your business model and value proposition, financial modelling and creating the right performance indicators that will ensure you track the key activities that will produce the results you desire.
The programme is based around The Business Navigator process. The process is aimed at giving business owners the tools to adapt to the way Covid-19 has changed our lives ,our economy, owners, and our environment. And when our environment changes we must adapt to survive.
We create space in the programme to make sure that the programme addresses your issues by gaining a good understanding of your business and your current business challenges and goals. All attendees benefit from a 1:1 review before the programme starts at key milestones during the programme as well as support to fine tune the plan at the end of the programme. We can also support clients if they wish during the implementation period.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
All the learning is applied directly to your business and will enable you to have a clear business plan and roadmap for the future. The programme has structured modules and content, and learning is via working with our experts, group sessions and peer-to peer mentoring in groups.
The programme runs over 3 months with a 2.5-hour session every Thursday between 14.00 to 16.30. Learning materials and templates are provided as well as access to a business planning tool for a year.
The programme has mainly been run with established businesses of a size of between 5 and 50 people and a turnover of between £.5million to £20 million.
We are very focused on ensuring our clients get real benefits for their investment and all applicants will receive a call and a visit to their business to make sure that we can run through the business owners’ goals and challenges to make sure that the programme will deliver the results they wish to achieve.
MEET THE PROGRAMME TEAM
Paul has followed his passion for logistics and planning from South Africa to Dubai and back to England working for Mobil, Imperial Holding, Budget Rent-A-Car and for 9 years as CEO for Massar Solutions PJSC in Abu Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this business Paul built the business from 3 to 450 clients, grew the company’s fleet from 2400 to 10000 units, and from being loss making to generating in excess of £30 million profit per year.
After raising $160 million for the business to continue investing for future growth Paul was ready for a change and a new challenge.
Ian has worked in the Thames Valley for more than two decades, in roles such as Training and Development Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director and adviser for national and local businesses in the brewing, facilities services and craft industries.
He has always enjoyed building teams and creating new services and bringing ideas to fruition. He has built and led training and development teams as well as developed a number of business transformation programmes to improve customer service, team alignment and employee engagement.
Katrina has been working with the Business Navigation Services team since 2019 and has been instrumental in helping co-ordinate, implement and support the Business Growth Programme.
She will be responsible for onboarding all delegates and making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it and on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have.
These techniques have been tested and fine-tuned over the last 18 months and they have been achieving some great results for our clients.

HOW TO LEARN MORE
The Business Navigation Services team will be sharing key questions that we address during the programme with you online over the next month before the programme starts on 30th September at our innovation hub Lab14 which is based at Reading University.
We will also be offering 1 to 1 sessions for interested candidates as well as Discovery sessions online and at Lab14.
